I started teaching at the GUI Academy in July 2006. The GUI Academy provides state of the art facilities and the most advanced motion capture and analysis technology available to date. In my teaching I make use of all available technology to suit the ability and requirements of each individual in a simple and easy to understand manner. Whether it be using the video analysis system GASP or checking your putting stroke on the Sam Puttlab, I guarantee to provide not only an enjoyable learning experience but a great opportunity to develop your skills and technique.

Six Lesson Academy Package (6 lessons for the price of 4 - terms and conditions apply. Limited availability)
This six-lesson tuition package starts with a 15-minute consultation. A structured programme may then be developed to suit your individual goals and requirements. This package is available to all ability levels and includes a development plan upon its completion providing analysis, tips and drills for your future progress. Sessions may be taken over a 30 minute period or 1 hour.
€200 ½ hr package / €340 1 hr package - Package valid for the duration of a 6 month period
Putting lesson - Sam Puttlab - 1 hour - €65
Sam Puttlab marks a new dimension in putting analysers. It uses ultrasound technology to map the three-dimensional movement of the putter throughout the putting stroke. This analysis and training system is based on accurate ultrasound movements and analyses the 28 most important parameters of your putting stroke. Three miniature ultrasonic transmitters are housed in the triplet unit attached to the putter. Signals from these transmitters are collected and processed by the receiver unit mounted on a small tripod. Within seconds the system gives you an individual feedback on your putting strokes displaying the results in easy to understand graphic reports.
Sam Puttlab can measure parameters that include: Swing path, Face rotation, Speed and acceleration, Swing duration, Point of impact on the putter face, Dynamic loft at impact.
